Following an election at the CREST GB AGM on 14 June, Oliver Church, CEO at Orpheus Cyber, Simon Clow, Associate Director at Context Information Security, Ben Turner, Head of Advisory Services at Nettitude and Martin Walsham, Principal Consultant at AMR Cyber Security have been appointed to the UK Council.
“I am delighted to welcome Ben and Martin to the Council and also congratulate Oliver and Simon, who were standing for re-election and have already made valuable contributions over the past three years,” said Rob Dartnall, Chair of CREST’s UK Council. “These are certainly exciting times for CREST and I am looking forward to collaborating with them all to help CREST in its mission to build capability, capacity, consistency and community in the global cyber security industry.”
CREST would also like to thank Mike Trevett from Mandiant who retired by rotation at this AGM and did not wish to stand for re-election
At the AGM Rowland Johnson, CREST president; Nick Benson, CREST CEO and Andy Woolhead CREST Global Head of Product talked about CREST’s evolution and work to date to build stronger links with members, governments, regulators, the buying community and other stakeholders to deliver on the new vision and mission.
The minutes from the CREST GB AGM and the International EGM and AGM, which was held on the same day, are circulated to eligible members.
